Brilliant location of the hotel, everything around has artistic touch. So many gorgeous buildings and atelliers that it feels like you are in the midst of a fairy tale. The hotel is located in the cutest little square, opposite little old church. Breakfast plentiful, will go above amd beyond to provide what you ask for. Absolutely brilliant experience, for which words simply will not do :)

The hotel is located in the very center of the old city center, which is an exceptional feeling. The rooms are superbly decorated, very spacious and comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good.

The old men in the hotel were very nice and friendly. We had a very good night in this remote and heritage castle. The breakfast was plenty and delicious too.

We had to book this hotel last minute when our other reservation cancelled, but it was such a fun experience. I didn't know much about the property before staying, but it was definitely unique to stay in the town of Kastav. The room was huge and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Large. Stayed only for night solo so its OK for the purpuse. Breakfast is delicious altho very limited ! I supose location is superb if visiting Kastav.

Clean and very big rooms, very friendly stuff-they even prepared a food for my little dog-o never saw it before in any other hotel! The restaurant is simply amazing! I rarely eaten so good food!

Kastav is not really touristy but it's only a few minutes from Opatija and is much quieter and very lovely. Kukuriku is in the old town and it's SUCH a lovely hotel with a great restaurant. I don't think the listing here does it justice - check out their website to get a better sense of the hotel.

Clean and cozy room, delicious breakfast, very nice bar and we were lucky to have an exceptional Easter dinner. Highly recommended! Best value for this price. There are lots of trails nearby and you can walk in the forest 😻 The city is a historical place and it was a very nice visit.
